Tomorrow25, an annual international competition, sponsored by Bentley College, identifies high school juniors from around the world who demonstrate initiative, citizenship, intelligence, technological savvy, cultural awareness and social responsibility. These individuals are committed to making positive things happen in their community and are well on their way to being leaders of tomorrow.
“Competition for the tomorrow25 is extremely intense and it is a great honor for me that I was chosen as a winner from a large pool of applicants from around the world. I was nominated by my school based on my grades, exemplary commitment to the community and proven ability to lead. I was selected by an international advisory board who reviewed three recommendations, a personal statement and transcript. Members of the advisory board included Bentley staff and faculty, community activists and business leaders” says Tornike.
“As recognition for my achievement, along with other winners I attended the Bentley Leadership Forum (all expenses paid) on April 25, 2007 where we had an opportunity to interact with and hear from international leaders. In addition to attending the conference, the tomorrow25 winners received a prize package and we were featured in a full page ad in the May 28, 2007 issue of TIME magazine.
Bentley college sent a letter to the president of Georgia Michael Saakashvili regarding abovementioned selection as a leader of tomorrow, congratulating the president and inviting Tornike to study in Bentley College.
